Sydnee Fagan

Sydnee is an 8th grade student at The Oakridge School and has attended there for the past 8 years. She enjoys playing the guitar, music, art, and all running sports. Her interests are anything medical, and aspires to be a pediatric hip specialist.

Jun-Ho (John) Koh


Jun-Ho (John) Koh is a senior at The Oakridge School. He plays five instruments: piano, violin, clarinet, guitar, and drums. John started a non-profit organization called Melodies 4 Life during the summer before his senior year. The organization seeks to make a positive impact in the lives of children and youth, primarily through music education. John loves sports. He has been on the Varsity Soccer team since his freshman year, and is captain of the team this year. He is the president of National Honor Society, HOSA, Students against Destructive Decisions (SADD) club, Positive Healthy Active Teenagers (PHAT) club, and Optimist Club. John hopes to study management and marketing during the next four years in college.

Landry Levine

Landry is a Senior at Oakridge, where he has gone to school since the seventh grade. He enjoys using his time in the theatre at Oakridge, and has appeared in numerous productions there, most recently in the role of Macbeth in William Shakespeare’s “Macbeth”. He also enjoys spending his time playing guitar and singing, and is a founder of the Rock and Roll club at Oakridge.

Caroline Boyd-Rogers is as sophomore at The Oakridge School. She is a level eight gymnast at Trevino’s Gymnastics School. Caroline is an avid reader who enjoys history and writing. She would like to thank her parents for enriching her life with literature.

Hi, my name is Grace Ramsey and I am 14 years old and in the eighth grade. I attend The Oakridge School and participate in Musical Theater, the Archery Club, National Junior Honor Society, Equestrian Training, and Softball. I also serve as an Oakridge Ambassador and as the only girl in the Color Guard. My hobbies include writing, reading, and knitting.

Jordan Martin



Jordan is a sophomore at The Oakridge School. She has three brothers she loves. She enjoys playing sports and is very passionate about the topic of her talk.









Aditya Misra


Aditya has been attending Oakridge for the last six years, and is currently a senior. He enjoys music and plays the drums. He also enjoys sports, played tennis, has been on the power-lifting team since his freshman year, and is a captain of it this year. Aditya is uncertain about his interest for the years ahead, but excited for the next chapter in life. He looks forward to college and the years ahead, to see what it holds, and to make the best of the possibilities that the future holds.

Deron is a senior at The Oakridge School and has attended there since 2007. He is an avid runner and loves running varsity cross country for the school. Deron aspires to major in communications and journalism as well as potentially run cross country in college. He loves sports and his dream job would be a position in the sports broadcasting field.

Kourtnei Fong-Kutchins


Kourtnei is currently in 8th grade. She has attended The Oakridge School since first grade. She enjoys basketball, cheer, volleyball, and track and field. Her other interests include math and Spanish.




Skylar Frazier


Skylar is currently in 8th grade. She has attended The Oakridge School for the past 10 years. Skylar enjoys playing field hockey, basketball and running track. She also loves math and English.




Hersh Trivedi


Hersh is a senior at The Oakridge School. He is immensely excited by all things medical, especially the research that goes into medical discoveries. And because of this, he wishes to study neuroscience in college and potentially become a doctor. Of course, his time this past summer at Rockefeller University prepared him to give this talk about addiction.
